- Vijaya Krishna Boddu is the founder of KeyToContracts.
- He noticed that simple correction in contracts management can solve several problems to the individuals and the companies which helps them to make profits and avoid loses.
- He also noticed that they are several people who are looking for jobs and they are several jobs are available in contracts management. With an intention to bridge the gaps, he originated KeyToContracts.
- KeyToContracts demonstrated contracts management skills to several Customers and solved several problems through Good Contracts Management Practices and the Customers received their bad debts in less time through Contracts & Claims Management Services.
- KeyToContracts conducted contracts management crash courses to several students.

About Vijaya Krishna Boddu
Vijaya Krishna Boddu (“VKB”) is a Founder Director and CEO of KeyToContracts. VKB’s native place is Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. He was inspired with his Late Grand Father Boddu Ranga Chalapathi Rao, Retired District & Sessions Judge, B.S.C, B.L (Retired in 1965)
He joined 5 years Law course in 1995 and used to support Senior Advocates in case building process and also learned how to develop good documentation from his Grand Father and Senior Advocates for succeeding in the complicated cases.
He joined IVRCL in 2004 in Projects Monitoring & Contracts Department. He got an exposure on all types of projects and contracts. His innovative approach has solved several problems in the projects and joined GMR Group in 2006 and supported in contracts & legal management for large Infrastructure Projects and submitted claims and recovered around 2 Million USD.
He worked with TYCO, a mechanical industry. He created several processes, solved several problems and also recovered more than 2 Million USD through Contracts & Claims Management and received RECOVERY CHAMPION OF THE QUARTER”.
He originated KeyToContracts (formerly known as Justacontract) and demonstrated the innovative contracts management approach with several customers. He has submitted his nomination for IACCM Awards and KeyToContracts was honoured with SPECIAL IACCM EXECUTIVE AWARD 2018 WINNER.
Our Journey
The Managing Director of KeyToContracts is Ms. Dhananjali Boddu, a Statistics graduate with Masters in HR and having vast experience in Banking Sector. She initiated KeyToContracts.
